birthday? Weh?! C-O-R-N-Y!)
Isn’t it nice to start this blog with
a Bible passage?
Okay, let’s get this straight (not my
sexual orientation). I am not trying to preach anything about the Christian
Bible but rather I’m only including one of its passages because this is the
topic in which I’ll be ranting about (Which may question yourself why am I not
getting tired of ranting).
Israel, the Holy Land/the Promised
Land. Just by reading the word, it makes one think that the place is full of
conservative and traditional people. The country is made mostly of Jews but is
considered a Holy Land by the Christians. (I am not trying to be a goody-good scholar
here!)
But what does it have that made me
want to RANT about it? Here is why…
"Undressing Israel" by Michael Lucas
I saw this video when I was browsing
my Facebook Newsfeed (Have I told you that I am such a Facebook addict?) and
thought “What’s up with this one?” (And I actually thought it's a video on men undressing themselves. Ahihihihi!).
I know the director of this film/trailer.
Why? Because I saw him performing in one of the gay porns that I’ve watched (Don’t
ask for the details of the porn nor if he is a TOP or a BOTTOM. Trust me.).
Anyway, while I was watching the
video itself, I was flabbergasted. I mean, come on! Who would’ve thought that
ISRAEL is ONE LIBERATED COUNTRY? Having LAWS that support the LGBTQI community
and stuff? WHO WOULD’VE THOUGHT?
I myself am not aware of such thing. Just
like what I’ve said a while ago, just by reading the word “ISRAEL” one would
think that GAY MARRIAGE is ILLEGAL (I know you do too) in that country. Even my
sister (Who just watched the video and was shocked as well) think that way too.
This made me think (Whoa! I’m
T-H-I-N-K-I-N-G! That’s new.). If GAY MARRIAGE is LEGAL in the Promised Land,
why wouldn’t the Catholic Church and the Philippines do the same? I mean after all,
we Filipinos like to imitate things (BTW, this blog is not an imitation. I’m an
O-R-I-G-I-N-A-L) so why not imitate that law here? (And don’t get me started on
FASHION IMMITATION, that’s not what this blog is all about.)
With that in though, one may think “Isn’t
the time ripe enough for an LGBTQI Law?”. For me, the time is not yet ripe. We
still need to open the minds of our country men. They still think of us as
DISGUSTING HUMAN BEINGS who needs to be eradicated from this world. We need to
make them know that we are not sinners but simply human beings who want to be
accepted for who we are and for how we feel for ourselves. We don’t condemn straight
people of being sinners because of how they act in public so I guess we’re
wishing for the same for us. (I am such a DRAMA QUEEN, aren’t I?)
Well, if they won’t allow us to get
married, then this will happen…

With the current events, I know that the Catholic Church has a
new Pope and there are rumours roaming around that this Pope thinks of LGBT
people as sinners (What’s new with that?) and gay couples who adopt children is
one kind of child abuse (Weh?!).
Really now, what are the evidences that led him to such conclusion (EPISTAXIS!)?
I’m asking for Pope Francis to OPEN
HIS MIND and open his heart for us. (Drama Q-U-E-E-N!)
The LGBTQI Community wants to have
their HAPPILY EVER AFTER just like what the heterosexuals have. EQUAL RIGHTS,
that’s all we’re asking. Case closed.
Oh, by the way, this is NOT the kind
of HAPPY EVER AFTER we want…
